没有想象中的兴奋与期待，反而有些许的忐忑与迷茫。
人老了，活得真TMD的累。。。

Anyway，至少要好好解解馋，从南吃到北:D

He talks about his own stories - college drop-out, love and death - which are really moving and motivating life lessons. Besides, I really appreciate his breeze-like and persuasive presentation style, either in this speech or in the keynotes at Macworld. I highly recommend you to take a look at this. It deserves!
2. Zirr.us - an online whiteboard/to-do list
   I admit this should be nothing, yet just another web 2.0 toy to organize your to-do list online with the beta label. But I really like its clear interface and easy-to-use features. It includes a tag cloud of your designated tasks, and you can sort your task by priority, color, and date. It is worth a play if you have time.

信用值（Credit score）是用来申请信用卡，贷款的重要指标之一。在mitbbs的money版里研究了半天，整理了一些提高信用值（Credit Score）的注意事项：

1. 坚持按时还款。Late pay应该是对信用记录影响最大的负面因素了。不过据说只有当银行把late pay的情况提交给信用机构，才会扣信用值，如果偶尔一两次late pay的话，银行一般不会报告。还有就是每次pay的钱数的问题，有好几种不同的说法，据说在年利率0%的期间（不同的信用卡情况不一样），每次只还最低限额的话有利于信用值的增长。不过，最可靠的方法还是每个月按时把所有的balance付清。
2. 保持较低的 credit usage，也就是花掉的钱（Balance）与信用额度（Credit Limit）的比值。这一点我一直都存在误解，以为花的越多，只要按时还清，信用记录就越好，其实不然，据说最佳比率是 1-2%，不过这个似乎也太少了点，可怜我现在只有$500的额度，如果按这个比例的话，我每个月只能刷掉5-10块钱:( 也有人说维持在10%就不错了。可以肯定的是一般不要超过50%（我第一个月居然达到了85%，汗…）。
3. 尽早入手第一张信用卡。信用记录的历史越久，信用值就越好。所以要尽早申请到第一张卡，就算额度比较低也无所谓，可以慢慢涨。还有就是第一张卡最好一直保留，就算不用，也要放起来压箱底。
4. 减少有balance的信用卡的数目。尽量用一张卡，不要这张花几块，那张花几块。有balance的信用卡的数目会对credit score有负面影响，但信用卡的总数并没影响。所以暂时用不上的卡放家里就行了。如果cancel掉，反而会影响卡的平均信用历史。
5. 减少hard inquiry的次数。所谓hard inquiry就是你授权银行或信用卡公司进行的信用值查询，对credit score有负影响。这种inquiry一般发生在申请新卡或者要求提高credit limit的时候，因此要提高申请的命中率，不要没事儿就申着玩。不过，一般只有两年内的hard inquiry有负作用，尤其是6个月以内的，所以有一个技巧便是可以同时申请多个银行的信用卡，因为信用记录更新需要时间，这样在申请的同时，他们互相看不到别人的inquiry，而这一批申请结束，需要歇上1－2年再进行申请。
6. 尽量提高信用额度。一般来说，Credit Limit 越高，usage of credit越低，从而对分数有正面作用。因此，每隔一段时间就要向银行骚扰一把，要求提高credit limit。不过要注意有时候银行是会去查你的信用记录，也就是要进行hard inquiry，所以提要求的时候一定要问清楚。
7. 一个内容丰富的信用记录(包含普通信用卡、商家信用卡、房贷、车贷等)对credit score有利。
8. 不要过分care信用值。刚开始的时候，由于信用值会影响到高级信用卡的申请，需要比较留意。而在搞到几张可以满足需要的信用卡后，这是信用值应该也比较良好了，就不用太care上边说的很多技巧了，在保证按时还款的前提下，怎么省钱怎么来:)
